Beverly Hills, Calif. — (Newsfile Corp. — Dec. 15, 2022) — Palari Group, a technology-enabled development company committed to sustainable communities, announced that it has completed construction of their model home and will continue construction on the project “The World’s First 3D Printed Net Zero Energy Condominium.” These new homes will operate as part of a 77-unit community in Desert Hot Springs, California, the first of several new sustainable communities that Palari Group is excited to develop. These modular “hybrid” homes are exploring new environmental and economic concepts in the housing market, starting in California.

The mid-century modern homes measure 1,845 square feet and will produce as much energy as they use, using efficient materials, integrated technologies and solar panels, providing a sustainable choice for homebuyers looking to minimize their carbon footprint. Upon completion, each home will feature amenities seen in a modern home, including a swimming pool, pergolas, hot tub, and fire pit, for a Californian feel inside and out.

Palari explains that traditional construction methods are outdated and that these processes have contributed to a nationwide housing shortage. America’s housing crisis has reached new heights, according to research, as houses take longer to build, material prices fluctuate erratically and there are massive labor shortages. Palari builds these mid-century homes in a factory on an assembly line, allowing them to complete the house in half the time of a traditional home.

These homes will be eco-friendly and will be built using advanced recycled materials that replace wood, making Palari homes non-combustible and free of mold and termites. These technological advances make Palari Homes different from traditionally built homes.

Palari is in the midst of increasing its Series A funding round and has big plans for the future as it prepares to bring sustainable homes to the masses. The Desert Hot Springs community is the first of many on the horizon, with two others already in development.

Palari is a vertically integrated company with internal development, construction, asset management, sales and technology departments. Palari uses innovative construction techniques including 3D printing, steel panels and prefabrication to build better, faster and greener communities and homes of the future. The company builds healthy houses equipped with daily lighting, ecological materials, and advanced water and air filtration.
